Role Summary – Should have 10 – 15 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation and Performance Marketing.
Ability to interpret data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing
campaigns and initiatives. This includes ROI analysis, customer behaviour analysis, and making data-driven decisionsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with other
departments such as sales, product development, and finance. Building strong
relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors is also important.
Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. You should be able to articulate complex marketing strategies, present to stakeholders, and effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
Responsibilites – Develop and implement growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Analyse data to understand customer behaviour, identify growth opportunities, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Manage performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media ads, and email marketing.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth marketing efforts with business objectives.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
