During the difficult pandemic times, we disembarked on this journey from one office in Bangalore to a network of offices and consultants across the country in next four years. Take a look at our fascinating journey in last four years…
Year 2020
Hi POS opens first office in Bangalore with 2 employees and 3 client organizations in BFSI.
Year 2021
Hi POS opens it’s first office in Mumbai with 4 more employees and 8 new client partners into BFSI & Technology executive search space. Hi POS soon becomes a preferred partner to work with for the client organizations.
Year 2022
Hi POTZ HIRE’ is launched as a MID, SENIOR & CXO level executive search arm under Hi POS CONSULTING SERVICES. Hi POS opens second office in Mumbai with 7 more employees and also starts the journey of Managed HR service & HR advisory practice. Client base spreads across Financial Services, Technology & Industrial executive search services.
Year 2023
‘Hi POS opens it’s new office in Thane. Hi POS collaborates with 20+ search partners across the country to establish it’s reach and to extend time bound quality executive search support for a varied range of client requirements. Hi POTZ adds Pharma & Healthcare vertical.
Year 2024
Hi POS opens another office in Goregaon – Mumbai & starts with Retail executive search arm.
Our Approach
We perform where many others fail.
Huge internal database help us close 20% of our positions.
Expert social media recruiters (using linkedin, instagram, facebook, twitter etc) are adept at closing 30% of the positions through tapping passive candidates.
Referrals helps us close around 10% of our open positions and 80% of the C -level positions.
Around rest 40-50% positions are dosed from market mapping.
An associate conducts detailed understanding of the company, culture, product, role, most importantly current profile of people working for the
client.
Competition analysis to understand where to source the relevant profiles from.
Detailed understanding of requirement helps source perfect resumes.
Thorough research helps us sell a job to the candidate thus screening the really interested candidate and not a job hopper/ opportunists/ window shoppers.
Only quality resumes - On an average, every recruiter spends atleast 15 minutes with the candidate in his first call.
Our Recruitment team's job is just to develop relationships with finally selected candidates and conduct weekly follows up.
We connect with the candidate through various medias like phone, linkedin, sms emails etc.
This team also keeps in touch with the candidate even after he joins.
